Charlotte and Angela

Ang and Charlotte met whilst working within the Technology industry. As once a Commercial VP, HR Director and previous colleagues, they felt passionate that both people and culture were the greatest asset that Tech companies had to utilise, in order to be successful. But they felt many of them weren’t getting it quite right in terms of how they developed job satisfaction, inclusion, personal development and positive cultures. They also recognised just how many challenges the sector is facing currently. Working with a small number of expert associates they founded Inclusive People to help Tech Leaders better prioritise their employees needs and create exceptional teams for their people and business to thrive in.
